1) Does Patio Paradise sell
furniture over the internet?
Patio Paradise does not sell furniture over the internet. Please
visit our showroom and our friendly and knowledgeable staff will
be happy to assist you in finding the perfect outdoor furniture
to fit your needs. However we do have an online store that sells

2) How will the
weather affect the usage of my outdoor furniture?
Patio furniture is used year round
in our desert climate. Summer months are spent pool side with
lounges and umbrellas being in high demand. Winter months offer
the best time to use outdoor fireplaces and other cozy areas.
Fall and Spring months offer the most ideal weather for use of
all your outdoor furniture whether the furniture is in an
outdoor living room, outdoor kitchen or in the open around a
pool or fireplace.
3) After placing
an order with Patio Paradise how long does it take to get my
order?
In stock furniture is available for
express local delivery. Special order merchandise varies from
each manufacturer; on average, it takes from 6 to 8 weeks to
deliver.
4) How do I take
care of my outdoor furniture?

5) Do you offer
delivery and set-up?
We offer FREE delivery and set-up
on all furniture in the tri-state area.
6) Does Patio
Paradise deliver outside the Lake Havasu City area?
We delivery FREE of charge to
Kingman, AZ; Bullhead City, AZ; Golden Valley, AZ; Needles, CA;
Parker, AZ.
7) My furniture has "mesh" or sling
fabric can this be replaced?
Yes. You can replace just about any
type of sling fabric on furniture. You can go to our

8) How long will
sling fabric or cushion fabric last in our climate?
The life of your patio furniture
fabric largely depends on its care. Clean all spills promptly.
Fabric life can be extended by simply rinsing down the patio
furniture regularly with water. Certain suntan and sun block
products may permanently discolor any fabric. This possibility
can be minimized by immediately cleaning after contact. In
addition, storing the cushions when not in use will extend
cushion life.
9) Will you re-cover my existing
cushions with new fabric?
Patio Paradise does not re-cover
existing cushions; however, feel free to contact one our
friendly and knowledgeable sales staff and they will be happy to
provide a recommendation to a local upholstery company that can
re-cover your existing cushion with new fabric.
10) What is the
warranty for my furniture?
This will depend on the furniture
manufacturer you purchased from. If you have purchased with us
we do our best to keep accurate records of your purchase. You
can call us to find out this information.
11) How will the
Arizona sun affect our furniture?
We only carry the highest quality
outdoor furniture that can withstand all the Arizona sun has to
offer. We sell aluminum, iron, natural and synthetic wicker,
marine grade polymer, and cast aluminum furniture. All of the
furniture is built to take all weather elements and has
warranties to back it up. Our cushion fabrics are made from only
the best materials available for the Arizona sun.
